It seems like this new design is valued engineered, which is a shame since the original design was super crisp. Regardless, the new design is tolerable and I'm excited to see yet another parking lot bite the dust!
Also, the ride between 30th Street and Suburban Station on the Regional Rail has changed significantly. With all of the new towers on either side of the Schuylkill, that ride evokes a feeling of excitement. This tower will only add to that.
