What exactly of the design do you think looks "great?"

I'm thrilled to see this lot developed and appreciate the commercial aspect to it. A lot. Decent height considering LSNA opposition to height. All of that is certainly great.

But the design is incredibly ho-hum/boring/conservative/meh/uninspiring. It's basically a glass box with the only embellishment being the "two-tone" color/material scheme. Would have been cool to see curves or a tapered top, offset layers, or something else to make this building stand out.
