He's basically saying he's not interested in "anything", whether it be purchasing or redeveloping, or simply air rights. Anything means literally that.
But, as we said, it could just be cover.
Now is not the time for them to be making waves over it, especially with so little known about Nordstrom, and he still has to market that.
