It would seem to make sense that concentrating Temple students around the campus might reduce the sprawl of smaller scale development out into the surrounding neighborhoods. Ie. building a few large buildings along Broad should lessen the "gentrification" pressures that existing residents are concerned about. Or am I missing something?
