I know this is an older version but it shows how BCBS building dwarfs it and BCBS is not really massive.

Kind of tight for 640 residential units and 570 hotel rooms. Its a pretty narrow lot and it won't have a good southern sun exposure with BCBS right south of it. GD shadows. Gets get Mr. DownTown's take on this. He's good for legal mumbo jumbo and shadows.
