Austin's real estate is pretty secure from the majority of what some states are beginning to see. You may see bursting bubbles in other areas of the country. However, Austin will be spared (again) from the worst of it. Austin's CRE is in a much better place than the bulk of the country.

There will be neither a "huge decrease" in property values nor a "housing crash" in the Austin area. Most don't see it even from the rest of Texas. A "correction," yes. Maybe. A crash - no (unless Russia nukes us).
