Yeah neither approval of the entitlements nor cleanup of the mess they made renovating Tribe has anything to do with anything.

They will start this project when they are good and ready, not when a skyscraper nerd thinks it's good timing. Honestly there could be worse times than now since I would imagine the economy will be cooking in 2 or 3 years which would be a good time to deliver. But given the history of super tall buildings in this city, don't hold your breath...
