Is this an active proposal? The file path for the rendering image indicates it was likely uploaded last July: "wp-content/uploads/2020/07/506.jpg" The permits and violations for 500 & 506 N. 13th St appear to be in a bit of a mess right now, including an open violation for work beyond scope of permits.
