Aston Martin Residences Requests FAA Approval To Build 816-Foot Tower

The developer of the 66-story Aston Martin Residences is requesting FAA approval to build the tower.
According to the FAA application, the tower would rise 816 feet above ground. The project site at the mouth of the Miami River sits four feet above sea level, making the total height 820 feet.
Panorama Tower recently became Miami’s tallest at 85-stories – 868 feet above ground, and 876 feet above sea level.
