A few updates with this project. They've filed a site plan with the city now:
https://www.austintexas.gov/devrevie...erRSN=11055030

Also they've changed the name. It's now called Waller Park Place. And they buildings are listed as being a few floors taller than what we heard before with towers of 50+, 40+ and 25+ floors.

At the link is a drawing by the Downtown Austin Blog of the shape and location and rough height of the towers. According to this, the tallest one appears to be over 500 feet.

The other three highlighted lots are showing three other projects in the area. The 50-story Fairmont Hotel, the 39-story 99 Trinity Tower and the 16-story Hotel Van Zandt which just put up a crane this week.

Waller Park Place Submits Site Plan for 3 Towers

At ~1,400,000 square feet Waller Park Place, a three tower mixed-use plan is the largest private development ever proposed in downtown Austin (correct me in the comments if I’m wrong). It’s the vision of the Sutton Company, who formally filed their site plan approval application with the City of Austin last week.
