The new Northland Area Federal Credit Union (NAFCU) Headquarters building appears to be complete, or nearly so. I'm struggling to find a status update or current photos on it, but judging by the context in
this recent photo from their Facebook page and
this grainy photo from google maps, this is done and occupied. This 4-story, 57,000 SF project broke ground in July 2018, and it represents a big shift for the company as it relocates its base from Oscoda to Alpena.
