That said, I don't think the Columbian is too bad, considering. I remember back in '05 most posters commending it for using actual brick for the exterior. I forgot if they stuck with that, or ended up VE-ing that idea and switching to a veneer. The brick color is nice as well, and differentiates it from the usual red brick we ended up seeing a lot of in the 00's.
I wouldn't mind if it was 100-150 ft taller, but doubling its height might be a bit too much.
