This is nothing but a very prelim proposal at this point. It was posted many pages back. Weber Murphy Fox is a low-quality firm, but buddies with Nick Scott of Scott Enterprises, so they'll get the "design" job unfortunately.

This rendering looks like a good design... and so did the original rendering for the Hampton ... and we saw how that came out. WMF is a "value" architecture firm, with their crap all over Erie. The main library and the new Marquette Bank building on 10th and Peach are prime examples of their weird, multi-brick & concrete block style designs.
