Lo and behold, I go on Weber Murphy Fox's website and see images for the hotel. According to the listing the hotel is planned to be 8 stories, have 96 rooms, and a conference center. The current Hampton Inn can be seen at the left.

I don't remember if I've seen that exact version yet. Those finishes look like they could be minorly better than the Hampton Inn's.
