Broadway, where this project is located, serves as 'main street' of downtown (not to be confused with Main St itself, which is no slouch, but not quite as prominent). and I love the little pedestrian passage idea right next to courthouse square, which really is a community gathering space, especially on summer weekends

Agreed. Great project. Would really help transform the area where the strip mall is and really open up accessibility to the station.
