I don't think it looks bad either. I'm looking forward to some retail opening there since it's close to the office. some sort of high-rise may have looked cool, but I'm happy with the current plans for SY. I also like to imagine something cool happening with the high-line if CSX ever abandons it, like replacing the current RR line line from Bala with a rapid transit line to the navy yard with a station at market behind the Builtin building.
