I'm hoping this brings about some nice resi projects to cater to the projected future need. This, like Amazon, will require housing, which as we know, is always a tight market.
I think its about time that Tribeca starts to see higher height limits and greater density for projects.
Pier 40 would be a great opportunity. You could fit 1000's of units. A prime site for a mega development.
