District Detroit announced
Columbia Street last week. It'll be 40,000 square feet of retail and dining space squeezed into the block between the Fox Theatre and the new Little Caesars Headquarters immediately west of Woodward. They will start filling space this year.
Olympia has been trying to do this ever since they developed Comerica Park.
