After 17 years, Fat Tuesday is returning to its former spot on West Crockett. The global daiquiri company had a presence in San Antonio in the 1990s before closing in 2005. Fat Tuesday reentered the San Antonio scene in December 2021 with a location at The Shops at Rivercenter, followed by a store on Bandera Road in February. Now it's going back to where it all began.
The company confirms one of three upcoming locations will be housed in its former location at 111 West Crockett. Tatiana Araujo, a spokeswoman for the company, tells MySA the two other Fat Tuesdays will be in the San Antonio area. All three planned locations are expected to open later this year.
