While I love seeing the closing in of the multi level streets in Illinois Center/Streeterville into underground tunnels, considering the absolute death of developable land in the area, and considering this parcel has some heavy duty zoning, I'm fine with waiting for a much denser and larger development to come along.
Its fairly out of the way as well, keeping it from becoming a major eye sore.
