As it turns out, there's a general 65' height limit on that parcel, so maybe this project actually is a good fit for this block, but I maintain that the piddly office projects we are seeing for Phoenix's core is disheartening. I mean, they *say* they can go up to 180,000 feet so it's not even maximizing the existing zoning as it's currently proposed.
