Whatever is built on the gas station sites will be in the same height line as Moody.
They're still wanting a grocer in the old Treasure Island site...

I came in at the end and the guy clarified that Fern Hill owns the 2 gas stations, the parking lot and the Treasure Island building and they’re working with Moody Church and Walgreens to include them in a PD. That way they can consolidate their unused air rights to plan a larger building. Seems like good news.
