Very excited about this and all of the development around there. I've lived in Philly for five years and have been waiting for something to go in all of these empty lots (especially the triangular lot on 2nd and Girard). I'm looking at moving to that general area in a few months.
Does anyone know why this is rising so slowly? It seems like it should be close to topping out by now, but it's only a few stories high.
