Central Park Tower is 1.2 million sq feet at 1,550 feet tall.
The Burj Khalifa is 3.3 million sq feet at 2,717 feet tall.
No reason NYC can't construct a tower twice as tall as CPT and have it make financial sense.
Maybe 1 million square feet of office with 2 million square feet of uber luxury hotel and condos on top.
There are already multiple buildings in Hudson Yards at or above 2.8 million square feet- fully office.
