The area around the ESB, I feel, will be the next hotspot for supertalls. Nearby, in HY, its already happening, and thus, closer to MSG will be idea.
I'd like them to be office. The area, with its transit options, would make more sense.
There's a lot of potential. A lot of low rise properties nearby that can be swapped up via assemblages.
