170 N. Green has been
APPROVED, by the Chicago Plan Commission
Plan Commission approved a
465-foot-tall mixed-use building at 170 N. Green St. in Fulton Market. The $209 million CRG and Shapack development
will include 275 residences, 150 hotel rooms, 350,000 square feet of office space and additional commercial space.
