Hard Rock Stadium is basically the catalyst to built the North Extension. It’s not the sole reason why the line is being built. The line is being built to service NW Miami Dade and even Western Broward residents who live nearby as well as service sports fans going to and from Hard Rock for whatever event is held there plus 27th Ave is a perfect corridor for the new line. And once again and after nauseum, the extension was planned as far back as 2010 just look at the links I provided in my prior posts
