The residential community near UIC bounded by Ashland, Roosevelt, Taylor, and Loomis has received 14 permits in the last month to rehab what looks like all the buildings. Total combined cost is nearly $17.8M according to the permits. I believe this is called Circle Park Apartments - across from Addams/Medill Park and also the Medical District.
