I'd be surprised if they begin building a tower here before demoing the tower on the NE corner, since that is directly adjacent to this parcel. I imagine that'd be a major disruption to construction, leasing, or to the residents if they've moved in. Unless, of course, they don't plan on demoing that tower and decide to take the gut and reskin route ala PMC's project down the street.
