new hotel/residential proposal for Garden City (a suburb of Boise that's basically surrounded by the city... this proposal would be about a mile from downtown Boise). called the Boardwalk, the hotel is proposed to be 8 floors, which would be the tallest structure in Garden City, and would be situated along the Boise river.
