Somehow this project manages to embarrasses itself every month. You'd think they learned not to make themselves a bigger target

CTA seems a lot more skeptical. The circulator would likely go from here to Navy Pier only, using the McCormick Busway and lower-level streets in Lakeshore East. No Union Station connection. The L spur is even more dicey and vague.
^ It's honestly better and cheaper to ditch the 'L' branch, use to ROW for MED to Union Station, and have the CTA build a 16th St transfer Station.
