Was looking at some units within this tower, condos available for purchase, and this tower is quite a bargain versus what you'd get over in Chelsea or the Village or of similar quality or views in Manhattan or even waterfront spots in Brooklyn. For the views one gets, and the location, amazing what river separation can do for prices. Although I bet the HOA fee's are high... but... but... still cheaper than some Manhattan places that offer no view that go for 5 million +.
On a side note, check out the penthouse at 35 Hudson going for 59 million. Just insane.
