Nice to see the lewis College of Business coming back...

Whitmer signs bills reestablishing Michigan's first HBCU
Quote:
"Michigan's first historically Black college shut its doors eight years ago. Next year, those doors will reopen," Tate said in the statement. "I was proud to work with colleagues on both sides of the aisle and the governor to have an HBCU back in the city of Detroit. I look forward to seeing the Pensole Lewis College of Business and Design create valuable opportunities for its students and businesses across Michigan and Detroit."

The college will be a tuition-free academy with funding from billionaire Dan Gilbert's Gilbert Family Foundation and Target Corp., and will start out from the seventh floor of CCS's A. Alfred Taubman Center for Design Education building in New Center. The plan is to find and move to a more permanent site.
