toronto's budget number also seem to be on the low side..
union station reno : $1 billion
georgetown south upgrades: $1.2 billion
union pearson express: $400 million
spadina extension: $2.6 billion
Eglinton Crosstown: $5.9 billion
Total: $11.1 billion (then there is the BRT which is another billion +, as there is more UC in missisuaga as well as york region pictured above)
I think winnipeg has some BRT u/c as well.
