Plans unveiled for 13-story ‘Vic Village South’ high-rise in Ann Arbor

ANN ARBOR, MI – As new high-rise construction continues along the north side of South University Avenue in Ann Arbor, plans are in the works for another 13-story building across the street.

Oakland County developer Ron Hughes of Hughes Properties is transforming South U with high-density housing for University of Michigan students, plus new ground-floor commercial spaces.
