We don't even know Thompson Center will yield a supertall. There haven't been any public statements from developers who are interested or what they want to do with the site. We did see some architect-driven visions, but those don't necessarily represent an actual realistic development plan.

Of course it may not be, but I just can't understand why they wouldn't just add a tad more height, unless that extra 30+ feet ups the cost of development astronomically which I guess it may?
I know nothing is concrete for TC but most of the visions include a very tall building. Seems like the perfect spot for it (not far from Tribune either)
