Indeed it does. It's an 11-story approved, financed, and ready for construction project from developer Marquette Companies. It's slated to bring 242 apartment units and 85 parking spaces to that end of the West Loop. The official address is 1440 W. Randolph.
Another tidbit to add, it's taller brother is another project (also under construction) at 1400 W. Randolph (26 stories and 278 units with 67 parking spaces).
