Is there something wrong with the streetscape in this area? It looks like it was already streetscaped back in the 90s or 00s and appears in good condition! Isn't there somewhere else in the neighborhood where this money could be better spent?

Unless, of course, CDOT wants to put in bus lanes! Irving Park is a prime candidate.
