^ Yeah, it looks almost exactly the same, as opposed to what they had in the rendering. But a lot has changed since that rendering, mainly the addition of the observation elevators.
Another look at the ledges...
The heights here aren't actual heights used to measure skyscraper heights...
Transit connections (subway, Metro North, LIRR)...
Of course, the marketing floors and the actual floors will differ (
top office floor of 56 will be "73"
). I'm surprised they didn't go a little higher in terms of marketing...a look at the sublevels and the top...
