47 650K-800K Townhomes smack in the middle of Cabrini. Joint development between Ranquist and LG. Who cares what it is named, or if they are trying to start a brand, it is only used to advertise and sell these things, five years from now no one will even remember.

Agreed, I imagine it is a lot easier to sell people on it being River North than Old Town, and associates with a hotter neighborhood than Near North Side.
I really wish the area would get designated Cabrini or Little Hell. So much more character and history than Near North Side, or whatever the CHA redevelopment is trying to call it nowadays... Parkside at Old Town?
