Yeah, let's build a classy modern high-rise but make sure the base is brick so as not to offend the neighbors. Such a cop out and shows a real lack of creativity and boldness on the part of the architects. I get it's safe (or you could say conservative) but the brick base/glass tower formula is not only boring, it's so fucking over-used. The worse offender is 2116 Chestnut.
