FM is the fastest growing office district in the same way the suburbs of Las Vegas took turns being the fastest growing cities in the US. There was literally no office space in FM five years ago. If growth is being calculated as a percentage increase as opposed to just total square footage added it's not surprising that it would rank near the top. With all the towers on the river I feel like more space has come online in the Loop. But a few million sq feet is a bit more negligible in an office district as established as the Loop. Admittedly I don't know what metrics they're using so this could be wrong
