University City is basically Philly's version of West Loop, the Seaport District in Boston went from vacant lots to skyscrapers in a few years, midrises are being constructed all over DC, Atlanta's CBD's are rapidly evolving.
Inspire all this, Fulton Market is consistently listed as the fastest growing office district in the US
