Could Atlanta-based Cousins Properties' $85M acquisition of uptown parking deck spell future redevelopment?

The parking deck could also be a redevelopment play for Cousins. The foundation and structure can support an additional 12 stories of residential, hotel or office development, according to a marketing flyer for the building when it was previously listed on the market.
