As we approach the end of the year, I've been updating my list of developments across the city. There's a lot going on, so I'm sure I am missing some information.

Overall, there is a great diversity of projects, from the tallest high-rise built here in a generation: The Odeon - to the renovation of major historic buildings: Charity Hospital and the WTC - to several large residential and hotel new construction projects. But perhaps most notable is the great increase in renovations of smaller commercial structures mostly into STRs, particularly along Canal, prompted by efforts to bundle properties and ease regulations.
