It doesn't look good. If they pulled the appeal to put the different parcels into one site lot for the project, the project is either downgraded in size or scrapped altogether, is my guess! Bummer, I really like this one and being right next to Bridge on Race would of further help to activate the corner out. Weeknights this area is not that active.
