Noticed the plaza around the former Chase Tower is fenced off. Did a little checking and there is an interior demo permit that was issued on 12/20 and a couple of facility permits issued today.
Not sure what's planned yet, but I will keep sleuthing around. May just be some remodeling for the lobby.
