More people = eventual more restaurants, small businesses, nightlife, etc. I think we're just starting to see the inevitable potential of the south loop area. 1000 Mich will definitely throw a log on that fire once active. South Loop is just getting warmed up.

West loop/Fulton Market is already on fire, agreed.
