Cope Linder was to be the architect of note for whatever ended up being built on that site apparently. They've been responsible for every version of 1441 Chestnut up to Waldorf-Astoria.
-Filipe-, the site is a block east of Liberty Place and block south of City Hall. It doesn't get any more Center City than that.
