Some images from the last public meeting indicated that PCP was considering this kind of intricate facade with terra cotta elements.
I imagine if 560 Mission was transplanted to Chicago, it would have big problems with icing. The NY Times tower has a similar design in a cold climate, and it continues to have
issues with icing.
